Internship 2026
This repository is a record of the work of Gwenn Bellardi-Dachary over the course of a 2 month internship carried out at Sjøkrigsskolen in Bergen, Norway during the summer of 2026 under the supervision of Dr. Sylvie Vega-Molino.
Over the course of the internship she researched the fundamentals of classical and modern Differential Geometry, then composed the relevant work into a report giving a modern proof of the Gauss-Bonnet theorem as a direct corrolary of Poincaré-Hopf. She presented this work several times as a seminar at the school, and the internship culminated in a written and video report.
